They Say… that the three most important things about a piece of Real Estate are:

- Location
That’s where the name of these pages came from.
The idea for these pages came from the theme of a discussion I had with some folks, which involved making a web site which would allow people to put on it things that they had for sale (or trade), in a setting that was easy to look at. In thinking about it, what came to me was “for sale by owner”, which you see on signs placed on cars and by houses.
So… what you see here will depend on what people who use the web site put up for sale - “for sale by owner”.
In this current version, I’m restricting the content to commercial real estate, hence the actual title of “Location-Location-Location”, I’m putting up for sale a piece of property that I own.
